Ordering Information
When you order from us, you will receive two emails. The first confirms that we have received your order. The second will be your notification that your order has shipped via U.S. Postal, and will be generated by the Postal Service, Click-N-Ship(R).
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards, as well as debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo thereon. We also accept payment via PayPal to caltees@caltees.com. We do not accept cash, checks or Money Orders.
To check order status, please send an email to bob@guyharveyshirts.com, and include your order ID number/date. You may also call 888 871-0110.
Shipping costs are based on your total
order value. See the shipping schedule.
U.S. Addresses
We ship via U.S.Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. If you require faster delivery, please request Express Mail shipping, which is available at additional (actual) cost. Please request this service on your order in the Comments field.
Shipments originate in Orange County, CA. Shipping notice is sent by Click-N-Ship(R) Notification, courtesy of USPS.com, upon shipment of your order.
Estimated Shipping Time
Priority Mail takes 2 - 3 business
days from shipping date. This is not a guaranteed service. For
more infomation, visit http://www.usps.com.
Express Mail takes 1 - 2 business days from shipping date.
Please request Express Mail in the Comments section of the Shopping
Cart. We will adjust charges accordingly. This is a guaranteed.

Usually, orders are processed on the day of, or the day after the order is placed. Depending on business levels at various times, however, it may take 2 - 4 days to ship your order from the time it is placed. Typically this is in June and December.
International Addresses
For International Orders, we will adjust the shipping charges to reflect the actual shipping costs incurred. Payment via PayPal to caltees@caltees.com is preferred. We will notify you by email of additional shipping charge amounts to be transferred.
Cancelling or Changing Orders
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email bob@guyharveyshirts.com as soon as possible with your request. Please include your Order ID #. If, after you place an order, you note a mistake and submit a second order with the corrected information, please include a notice in the Comments section of the second order instructing us to cancel the previous order. If no such notice is made, we will fill both orders as placed.
Out-of-Stock Policy
For items out-of-stock at time of order, we will adjust your total and ship the available items to you immediately. We do not backorder/ship out-of-stock items.
Return/Exchange/Refund Policy
To obtain authorization/shipping instructions for your exchange
or return, please contact us at 888 871-0110
or email us at returns@guyharveyshirts.com,
with a subject of "Returns and Exchanges".
We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days from ship date, and
ONLY from the original purchaser.
Shipping costs are not refundable unless we made an error in filling
the order.
ALL ETURNS must be in good and merchantable condition. BELTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.. Please consult the sizing guide on the belts page.
Returns received outside of these parameters may be returned to purchaser at their expense.
This site is graphic-intensive and moves
large amounts of data between the web server and your computer.
To encrypt that data (mostly pictures) would slow down performance,
and not enhance security at all, because the data transferred
isn't private, it's just Guy's fantastic artwork in digital format.
Also, to encrypt a blank form before pulling it down from the
server,
would slow down performace without protecting any personal information
whatsoever. Further, when the blank form has been downloaded,
and your are filling it in, that data is only on
computer, and doesn't need to be encrypted.
However, when you submit that personal
data to our shopping cart server, it is important that it be encrypted,
notwithstanding the reduction in performance, and that is when
our web site/shopping cart transmit
data under the secure https protocol using SSL and high-level
encryption. In other words, we use it when it matters, but not
when it doesn't. This maximizes speed, while securing to the utmost,
your data and
privacy.
