When you order from us, you will receive two emails. The first confirms that we have received your order. The second will be your notification that your order has shipped via U.S. Postal Service, and will be generated by the Postal Service, Click-N-Ship(R).

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards, as well as debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo thereon. We also accept payment via PayPal to caltees@caltees.com. We do not accept cash, checks or Money Orders.

To check order status, please send an email to bob@guyharveyshirts.com, and include your order ID number/date. You may also call 888 871 0110.

Shipping costs to U.S. Zip Code'd addresses are based on your total order value. See the shipping schedule. This applies to all addresses bearing a U.S. Zip Code such as within the 50 states, military addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico etc.

For International Orders, shipping is charged at the actual rate charged by Post Office. Additional charges representing the difference between actual shipping charges, and pre-calculated shipping will be made at time of order processing.

We ship via U.S.Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Express service is no longer available.

Shipments originate in Orange County, CA. Shipping notice is sent by Click-N-Ship(R) Notification, courtesy of USPS.com, upon shipment of your order.

Priority Mail takes 3 business days from shipping date. This is not a guaranteed service. For more infomation, visit http://www.usps.com.

Usually, orders are processed within 3 business days after being placed. Depending on business levels at various times, however, it may take 4 days to ship your order from the time it is placed. Typically this is in June and December. Shipping time is in addition to delays in processing orders due to backlogs. Orders up to $200 can be shipped to either the card holder's billing address or a different address as specified. Orders over $200 are shipped only to the card holders billing address, Signature Required.

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email bob@guyharveyshirts.com as soon as possible with your request. Please include your Order ID #. If, after you place an order, you note a mistake and submit a second order with the corrected information, please include a notice in the Comments section of the second order instructing us to cancel the previous order. If no such notice is made, we will fill both orders as placed.

For items out-of-stock at time of order, we will will ship "partial" order immediately, and ship the balance when they become available. If, however, the out-of-stock items will not be available in more than two weeks, a refund for the out-of-stock items willl be issued.

Refunds will be issued only if an email to cancel duplicate order is received. Otherwise, orders will be filled as placed.

All information provided to us by customers is held in the strictest confidence and used only for the processing of placed orders, resolution of issues arising from those orders, such as out of stock conditions etc., and to keep our customers apprised of discount coupons, special promotions, new merchandise etc., at guyharveyshirts.com. No information provided to us by customers is given to any outside entity whatsoever.

If you wish to return your purchase, it must be returned in "as-sold" condition, i.e in the same condition it was shipped to you in. Return items, within 30 days of ship date, to Cal Tees, 8262 Monique Way, Cypress, CA 90630, along with a copy of your Invoice and instructions as to what you want (exchange, refund etc.) Purchaser bears all costs involved in shipping. It must not have been washed or infused with any odors such as perfume etc. Items returned in such unmerchantable condition will be returned at purchaser's expense or discarded, at purchaser's option.

In the event that we ship the wrong item/size/color to you, please email us at bob@guyharveyshirts.com. Include your order ID and an explanation of our error. Alternately, you can return the wrong item to us at Cal Tees, 8262 Monique Way, Cypress, CA 90630 with a copy of your Invoice and an explanation of what you would like us to do (replace with correct item, refund etc). Will make the order right at no cost to you, i.e. we will refund your return shipping to your card.

This applied only to errors we made in filling your order, not orders where you ordered the wrong size/design/color etc.

This site is graphic-intensive and moves large amounts of data between the web server and your computer. To encrypt that data (mostly pictures) would slow down performance, and not enhance security at all, because the data transferred isn't private, it's just Guy's fantastic artwork in digital format. Also, to encrypt a blank form before pulling it down from the server, would slow down performance without protecting any personal information. Further, when the blank form has been downloaded, and your are filling it in, that data is only on your computer, and doesn't need to be encrypted.

However, when you submit that personal data to our shopping cart server, it is important that it be encrypted, notwithstanding the reduction in performance, and that is when our web site/shopping cart transmit data under the secure https protocol using SSL and high-level encryption. In other words, we use data encryption when it matters, but not when it doesn't. This maximizes speed, while securing to the utmost, your data and privacy.
